岗位要求：
1)分析产线手机故障并寻求支持解决问题，保证手机出厂品质。
2)分析产线的产能，解决瓶颈，提升产线产能。
3)分解操作步骤，安排工位，编写操作指导书。
任职要求：
1)工业工程、电子、信息工程，大专以上学历
2)熟悉数电、模电、电路分析等专业知识
3)了解IE方面的知识，了解MOD法、POKEYOKE法、SMED、Ergonomics方法
4)英语四级以上，熟练运用EXCEL、WORD等办公自动化软件。
a.参与新配方的转移、验证以及生产追踪。
Involve the new formula’s transfer,validate and do bach trial
b.负责系统（Oracle）中配方的创建以及日常维护。
Be responsibility for input formula in oracle system and maintain the daily system work.
c.参与并领导生产工艺优化/质量改进/生产效率提高的相关项目
Involved in project of optimizing the process/quality improvement and increasing the product efficiency
d.与技术部门沟通，解决质量问题及进行配方的更改升级。
Communicate with R&D to solve the quality issues and updated the formula the issue formula.
e.针对生产过程中出现的问题，根据实验结果及时给出解决方案或建议。
According to the testing result to give action plan to solve the problem found in production process ;
f.收集工厂日常生产工艺操作的.数据，汇总后形成报告。
Collect the daily process control data for the weekly and monthly report
g.参与并负责相关ISO9001体系管理工作

For our Energy Management Division in Wuhan,we are looking for a STWH Quality PC Engineer/变压器过程控制工程师（武汉）.
What are my responsibilities?
1.对变压器二次线装配的过程进行控制，保证二次线装配质量满足要求。
Control the process of transformer secondary line assembly; to ensure the secondary line quality meet all the requirements.
2.能熟练运用不符合项处理流程对所控工序过程中出现的不符合项进行跟踪和处理，确保不合格问题都得到控制和解决。
Rich experience in nonconforming procedure, tracking and processing the nonconformities in process, to ensure all the nonconformities under control and all problems be solved
3.统计分析所控工序的质量状况，并根据统计结果进行质量改进。
Collect and analyze the quality performance in process, to promote the quality improvement according to the result of statistical
4.制定和维护过程控制文件和表格，指导并督促操作者按照文件要求进行自检和互检。
Establish and maintain process control documents and forms, instructing and supervising the operator to do the self and mutual inspection according to the requirements
5.定期对车间员工进行质量培训，提高车间操作员工质量意识。
Training the operator regularly, to improve their quality consciousness
6.对客户从现场反馈回来的问题进行分析处理，并协调解决客户抱怨。
Analyze and handle the feedbacks from customer, coordinate to solve the customer complaints；
7. 领导安排的其他相关工作。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.两年及以上变压器或变电站从业经验，熟悉变压器和变电站二次设备运行原理。
More than two years work experience about transformer or substation, familiar with the operation theory of secondary equipments in transformer and substation.
2.大学本科及以上学历，电气相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, majored in electrical or related;
3.熟练使用质量控制相关工具；
Skilled in using Quality control tools & methods;
4.良好的英文听说读写能力，英语CET-4以上;
Good command of English, CET-4 or above;
5.良好的团队合作精神和较强的抗压能力，有较强的沟通和问题分析能力
Teamwork and good pressure coping; good communication and problem analysis capability;

◇间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯生产过程自动控制技术
◇电缆隧道分布式计算机监控系统和自动防火门系统
◇石油化工成品仓储库区综合监控系统和计算机自动灌装系统
◇钢铁、化工行业余热回收自动控制系统
◇民用炸药生产过程自动控制系统
◇铁矿选矿、磨矿生产过程控制系统
◇矿山尾矿充填系统自动控制
职位要求与条件：
1、在化工、冶金、电厂等行业有过一定的工作阅历，熟悉各种工业自动化仪表的性能和使用。
2、熟悉工业过程自动控制系统的仪表设计选型、有一定的设计能力。
3、对SIEMENS、rockwell等可编程控制器，STEP7、Logix，WinCC或其他工业组态软件有过工程应用经历。
4、能够适应时常要去工程现场出差（本职务1年中累计有3个月左右的出差），要有尽快独当一面的能力。
