提问行为是课堂教学的重要组成部分，是教师输入信息、传递信息，与学生共享信息，达到师生双边交流的一条重要渠道。提问涉及到教学内容的重点，它是组织教学的开端，是教学进程中转换的“关节”，是学习过程中激活学生思维活动的重要因素。恰当的提问，对学生来说，具有引发学生的学习动机，激发思维，加深对所学知识的理解程度，检验学生掌握学习技能程度等作用;对教师来说，具有检查教学目标，重新组织教学，反馈自己的教学效果等作用。
但是，实行班级授课制以后，提问在课堂教学中的运用相对减少了，教育工作者对提问技术的研究与认识也不够充分，即使在师范教育中，也没有哪一门课程专门探讨它。尽管在教育学和各科教学法中，大都初略地提到提问的问题，但这与提问在课堂教学中的地位和重要性是不相称的。近几年，在我国中小学教学中，提问逐渐引起人们的重视。如果我们对日常大量的提问现象作一下分析，可以看出提问作为一种教学技术，在课堂使用中依然比较模糊、杂乱，其功能的发挥也不够全面，提问操作中还有相当的故障影响着教学效果。
国家新一轮基础教育课程改革的目的是要落实素质教育目标，提出学生的学习方式和教师的教学方式都需要进行科学的改变和完善。提问作为在课程中促进师生之间共同成长的一个基点，深入研究提问是摆在我们眼前的一个迫切任务。所以，提问既是对一种传统的教学方式的再认识，也是新课程改革中的重要课题。鉴于此，我们可以说，改善和提高教师课堂提问行为是实施新课程改革，落实素质教育目标的需要。
现任英语教师绝大多数成长于传统教学之中。在学生时代，他们接触到的是以教师为中心的教学，呈现的是以事实为基础的教学主题和像菜谱一样稳定不变的训练实践，从而在个人的经验中形成了许多固定化了的教学心理模型。这些固定化了的教学心理模型形成了定势，强有力地影响了他们自己走向讲台后的教学行为。
英语教师专业发展的直接途径在课堂，改变传统的固定化了的教学心理模型和课堂教学行为是目前摆在我们眼前的重要任务。提问作为课堂教学行为之一，也不可避免地成为我们促进教师改变其教学行为的关键性因素，是我们提高英语教师专业化水平的重要方面。
提问在英语课堂教学中有着举足轻重的作用，教育心理学告诉我们：学生的思维过程往往从问题开始。学起于思，思起于疑。我国南宋理学家胡宏又把学习过程看作是发现问题、解决问题、提出独立见解的过程。可见，每位老师都要科学设计问题来激发学生探究知识的愿望、拓宽学生的思维，并使自己及时对教学过程进行有效的调控，从而提高师生之间的双向思维交流活动，促进课堂教学的和谐发展。所以课堂提问的有效性使我们值得研究的课题。
那么，教师应如何优化课堂提问，提高课堂效率呢?读了《优化课堂提问》以后，我对课堂提问有了进一步的认识:
提问应遵循鼓励性原则。教师在提问时应引起学生的重视，激发学生学习动机，提高学习积极性，鼓励学生参与课堂活动，积极地思考,变被动回答问题为主动积极，从而促进课堂效率的提高。教师要使每一个问题都要让学生觉得有话可说，要鼓励学生大胆说出自己想法。

我的心跳急剧加速，我径直地看着拉玛的眼睛，问她，“那个男孩是不是有一天告诉你，‘明天不要给我送苹果了，我要被送到另一个集中营了’？”
“对呀，你怎么知道的。”拉玛的声音有点颤抖，“告诉我，赫尔曼，你到底是怎么知道的啊？”
我抓住她的手说，“因为我就是那个男孩啊，拉玛。”透过时间的面纱，我们认出了那藏在眼睛深处的灵魂，那是我们永远也无法停止爱恋的亲人。最后，我说：“拉玛，我再也不想和你分开了。我想要永远和你在一起。亲爱的，你能嫁给我吗？”
It is cold, so bitter cold, on this dark, winter day in 1942. But it is no different from any other day in this Nazi concentration camp. I stand shivering in my thin rags, still in disbelief that this nightmare is happening. I am just a young boy. I should be playing with friends; I should be going to school; I should be looking forward to a future, to growing up and marrying, and having a family of my own. But those dreams are for the living, and I am no longer one of them. Instead, I am almost dead, surviving from day to day, from hour to hour, ever since I was taken from my home and brought here with tens of thousands other Jews. Will I still be alive tomorrow? Will I be taken to the gas chamber tonight?

Back and forth I walk next to the barbed wire fence, trying to keep my emaciated body warm. I am hungry, but I have been hungry for longer than I want to remember. I am always hungry. Edible food seems like a dream. Each day as more of us disappear, the happy past seems like a mere dream, and I sink deeper and deeper into despair. Suddenly, I notice a young girl walking past on the other side of the barbed wire. She stops and looks at me with sad eyes, eyes that seem to say that she understands, that she, too, cannot fathom why I am here. I want to look away, oddly ashamed for this stranger to see me like this, but I cannot tear my eyes from hers.
Then she reaches into her pocket, and pulls out a red apple. A beautiful, shiny red apple. Oh, how long has it been since I have seen one! She looks cautiously to the left and to the right, and then with a smile of triumph, quickly throws the apple over the fence. I run to pick it up, holding it in my trembling, frozen fingers. In my world of death, this apple is an expression of life, of love. I glance up in time to see the girl disappearing into the distance.
The next day, I cannot help myself-I am drawn at the same time to that spot near the fence. Am I crazy for hoping she will come again? Of course. But in here, I cling to any tiny scrap of hope. She has given me hope and I must hold tightly to it.
And again, she comes. And again, she brings me an apple, flinging it over the fence with that same sweet smile.
This time I catch it, and hold it up for her to see. Her eyes twinkle. Does she pity me? Perhaps. I do not care, though. I am just so happy to gaze at her. And for the first time in so long, I feel my heart move with emotion.
For seven months, we meet like this. Sometimes we exchange a few words. Sometimes, just an apple. But she is feeding more than my belly, this angel from heaven. She is feeding my soul. And somehow, I know I am feeding hers as well.
One day, I hear frightening news: we are being shipped to another camp. This could mean the end for me. And it definitely means the end for me and my friend. The next day when I greet her, my heart is breaking, and I can barely speak as I say what must be said: "Do not bring me an apple tomorrow," I tell her. "I am being sent to another camp. We will never see each other again." Turning before I lose all control, I run away from the fence. I cannot bear to look back. If I did, I know she would see me standing there, with tears streaming down my face.
Months pass and the nightmare continues. But the memory of this girl sustains me through the terror, the pain, the hopelessness. Over and over in my mind, I see her face, her kind eyes, I hear her gentle words, I taste those apples.
And then one day, just like that, the nightmare is over. The war has ended. Those of us who are still alive are freed. I have lost everything that was precious to me, including my family. But I still have the memory of this girl, a memory I carry in my heart and gives me the will to go on as I move to America to start a new life. Years pass. It is 1957. I am living in New York City. A friend convinces me to go on a blind date with a lady friend of his. Reluctantly, I agree. But she is nice, this woman named Roma. And like me, she is an immigrant, so we have at least that in common.
"Where were you during the war?" Roma asks me gently, in that delicate way immigrants ask one another questions about those years.
"I was in a concentration camp in Germany," I reply.
Roma gets a far away look in her eyes, as if she is remembering something painful yet sweet.
"What is it?" I ask.
"I am just thinking about something from my past, Herman," Roma explains in a voice suddenly very soft. "You see, when I was a young girl, I lived near a concentration camp. There was a boy there, a prisoner, and for a long while, I used to visit him every day. I remember I used to bring him apples. I would throw the apple over the fence, and he would be so happy."
Roma sighs heavily and continues. "It is hard to describe how we felt about each other-after all, we were young, and we only exchanged a few words when we could-but I can tell you, there was much love there. I assume he was killed like so many others. But I cannot bear to think that, and so I try to remember him as he was for those months we were given together."
With my heart pounding so loudly I think it wil1 explode, I look directly at Roma and ask, "And did that boy say to you one day, ‘Do not bring me an apple tomorrow. I am being sent to another camp‘?"
"Why, yes," Roma responds, her voice trembling.
"But, Herman, how on earth could you possibly know that?"
I take her hands in mine and answer, "Because I was that young boy, Roma."
For many moments, there is only silence. We cannot take our eyes from each other, and as the veils of time lift, we recognize the soul behind the eyes, the dear friend we once loved so much, whom we have never stopped loving, whom we have never stopped remembering.
Finally, I speak: "Look, Roma, I was separated from you once, and I don‘t ever want to be separated from you again. Now, I am free, and I want to be together with you forever. Dear, will you marry me?"
I see that same twinkle in her eye that I used to see as Roma says, "Yes, I will marry you," and we embrace, the embrace we longed to share for so many months, but barbed wire came between us. Now, nothing ever will again.
Almost forty years have passed since that day when I found my Roma again. Destiny brought us together the first time during the war to show me a promise of hope and now it had reunited us to fulfill that promise.
Valentine‘s Day, 1996. I bring Roma to the Oprah Winfrey Show to honor her on national television. I want to tell her in front of millions of people what I feel in my heart every day:
"Darling, you fed me in the concentration camp when I was hungry. And I am still hungry, for something I will never get enough of: I am only hungry for your love."

One day, Li Bai goes on abroad. He is about to sail when there’s stamping and singing on shore.
Oh! Here comes Wang Lun to see him off, who is Li Bai’s best friend. Li Bai is very excited to see his best friend at this leaving moment. But he is sad, either. So he can’t say a simple sentence. He knows that words can’t express their friendship. Although the Peach Blossom Pool is one thousand feet deep, it can’t match Wang Lun’s love for him.

Yesterday I read a book the name of the book is《Dr Bethune》。
Dr bethune was a famous doctor from canada.In 1938 he came to china.At that time china was at war with japan.He worked as a doctor in the chinese army and saved many soldiers’ lives.He worked very hard and became sick.Dr bethune died in 1939.He was only 49 years old. he was a good man and we remember him today.
I think the book is very very good!
These days I am busy preparing my dissertation which is about web usage mining.I read some English papers and learnt much from them.And now I want to say something about a paper titled “web usage mining：discovery and applications of usage patterns from web data”。
This is the first english paper I read about dissertation and gave me great help.
This paper is a review about web usage mining.It introduced web usage mining in detail.Although it is a little old for it was published in xx its contents are very useful today.It is organized according to the sequence of web usage mining and the six main parts are introduction which tells me what is web usage mining the sources and abstraction of web data the three steps of web usage mining taxonomy and project survey websift overview privacy issues.The third and fourth parts are most important.It had a list of existing project about web usage mining which I saw many times in other papers but this paper is the one creating this list.Besides it has been referred for more then twenty times.As we all know that the higher the referred number is the more important the paper is so i consider this paper to be an important and successful one in this region.
In my opinion the success of this paper dues to three reasons.The first reason is the profound computer knowledge owned by the authors.Web usage mining relates to many subjects such as artificial intelligence ontology semantic analysis but the most basic knowledge is computer science.The four authors are all professors of department of computer science and engineering in university of minnesota 。 for myself i am not major in computer science and i am not very good at computers so i feel a little difficult to understand technologies used in this region.
Second they had read a large number of papers before they wrote this paper.There are fifty nine references listed after main contents.“stand on the shoulders of giants” this sentence tell us a truth: one can never successful all by oneself.And what’s more learn from others can save a lot of time and energy especially for us new learner.How to learn from others is a skill all of us should master but learning doesn’t mean copy or people’s knowledge and production is just our foundation upon this foundation we must have our own thoughts and creation. there are many remarks in this paper where referred other’s production.
Third the authors had the experience of developing a web usage mining project.They don’t just engage in idle theorizing so their comprehension on this issue is greatly profound. they know what we may meet in a real project development and they know how to resolve them.After reading this paper i also read some other papers written in chinese 。 some of them are not based on real project and can not give useful resolution. websift is the name of system they developed which can be used to data mining and analysis 。
I wrote this article not only because it gave me much help in preparing my dissertation but also because it tells me how to study and how to do research 。 honesty and preciseness are two essential making a researcher must have.Hard-working is the necessary condition leading to success.This is just the beginning of my dissertation I should learn from these four authors both their knowledge and their attitude to study.

寒假中，阅读了《细节决定成败——英语教学中的细节》一书，这本书主要从教学设计、策略教学、语言技能、语言知识教学四个方面以实例结合理论的方法研究教师在英语教学过程中需要关注的细节。虽然看的过程对我来说有些吃力，因为它不像小说一样有很强的故事性，但是阅读这本书后使我了解了小学英语的教学过程需要关注的重点和细节，让我的教学理念更加清晰，同时也为我日常的英语教学找到切实的理论依据。下面，我主要从以下几方面对这本书中的内容作介绍。
（一）培养学生自主学习和小组合作能力。
《小学英语课程标准》强调：“学生是学习和发展的主体。基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神，使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力，培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神，帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异，拓展视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。”因此，在英语教学中，作为教师应该始终以学生发展为本，关注学生情感，努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围，实施有效的教学方式。
本书中，详细地介绍了策略教学在英语课堂教学中的运用。
1、引导学生学会思考和质疑。在课堂教学中，教师应该鼓励学生大胆思考，敢于质疑，让学生主动去发现问题，做学习的真正主人。在教学导入过程中，教师需要有意识地创造思考的环境，鼓励学生质疑问题，探究思考，让学生感受和体验新语言的产生、发展和应用的过程。
2、引导学生参与课内学习活动。文中介绍了几种启发式教学方法，可以引导学生主动学习融会贯通地掌握知识、提高发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。主要有以下几种方法：提问启发式、情景启发式、对比启发式、动作语言启发式、实物投影启发式。
3、引导学生用英语交流。在教学中，教师要为学生提供自主学习和相互交流的机会以及充分表现和自我发展的空间，鼓励学生通过体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合语言技能。
4、引导学生积极与他人合作。小组合作学习室指学生在小组或团队中为了完成共同的任务而进行有明确的责任分工的互助性学习。每个同学不仅确保完成自己的任务，同时还要确保组内其他成员完成任务。因而合作学习有利于调动学生的积极性，有助于提高学生自主学习的能力及合作参与的能力。
（二）分层教学中学习任务的把握。
分层教学即按每个学生的学习目标和实际的层次水平分成不同的学习小组，并针对学生的实际层次提出不同的培养目标：对中上层次的学生要求“鼓励+全面发展”；对中下层次的学生提出“合格+全面发展”。
分层教学面向全体学生，全民提高学生素质，激发学生学习与创造的热情，使他们在原有的基础上都学有所得，逐步提高。它是基于学生发展差异基础上的个性化教学模式。在教学实践中，分层教学并不容易操作，如果把握不好不仅不能激励中上层次学生的学习热情，反而还会磋商中下层次学生的学习积极性。期中的关键要素是必须把握好学生学习任务的难度，促进学生良好的个性潜能的充分发展。在听、说、读、写四个方面的分层次教学中都要把握好学习任务的难度。
（三）语言知识教学要注重方法的运用。
1、字母教学的注意事项：（1）注意读音的准确性。让学生多读、多听、多模仿标准音使学生在初次接触英语时就养成学习标准读音的习惯。（2）严格要求书写。学生要注意字母书写的格式和方法，养成良好的书写习惯。（3）适当总结字母在单词中的一般规律性发音，为以后的单词学习打下基础。
2、提高语音教学的效率，可以从以下几方面着手：（1）做好示范。（2）正确的模仿。（3）加强学生的练习。
3、有效进行词汇教学。面对词汇量要求数量的增大，教师和学生的压力也随之增大，许多教师觉得无法处理，学生更是把背单词当成巨大负担。在这种情况下，教师需要充分考虑理论和现实的需要，遵循外语教学听说领先、寓教于乐及循序渐进等原则，认真研究词汇教学的有效方法。首先要教会学生学会拼读规则，其次可以利用构词法或直观教学法讲授生词，最后可以以句子为单位进行词汇教学。
通过这个假期认真仔细地阅读了《细节决定成败——英语教学中的细节》这本书，我将在今后的英语教学中运用领会到的精神和涵义指导我的教学工作，同时结合小学生的生活经验、兴趣爱好、知识水平等有选择地运用这些教学方法，从而不断提高自己的英语教学水平。

One of the best spiritual books ever written for me is The Little Prince by Antoint de Saint-Exupery. Although is usually sold as book for children, it is nevertheless book for adults, because more then children, adults are they who need to be reminded on simple truths about real values in human life.
This enchanting novel came into my life on my 20th birthday as a present from one special person. In the following years I discovered that guy who gave me that book was not so special at all, but The Little Prince stayed with me as my faithful and sparkling companion in the many crucial moments of my life.
Antoint de Saint Exupery, world famous writer and pilot, wrote it to his and our inner child, this little sparkle of joy, love and innocence everyone of us carry in the hearts. His words touch deeply, they lead to the core of reader`s inner being and open hearts of the reader for the accepting the deeper meaning of human existence in universe.
The Little Prince is powerful story, written from pure essence of love, simple and unbelievable strong . It also faces us with our many human ego-trips which do not allow us to experience freedom and joy of life and make us, adults so rigid and strange in innocent eyes of children.
While travelling with the little prince through the universe and accompanying him on the Earth reader will experience many moments of inner enlightenment, moments of joy and deep sadness. Yes, this adventurous novel is deeply emotional from the very beginning to the end - it surrounds one with brilliant sparkles of deep love and innocence, it makes one laugh and cry together with the little prince, it teaches one responsibility, it gently heals the soul, it reminds one on truth about immortality, it shows to all of us the ways how we can create much better world then we now live in and explains one why is this worthwhile.

I have read many fairy tales, and the most impressive one is Kua Fu chasing the sun.
从前，有一个巨人叫夸父的，他每天都想：每天夜里，太阳到底去哪里去了呢？我不喜欢黑暗，我喜欢光明，我要去追赶太阳，把它抓住，叫它固定在天上，让大地永远充满光明，所以他要把太阳抓住。
Once upon a time, there was a giant named Kuafu. He thought every day: every night, where did the sun go? I dont like darkness. I like light. I want to catch up with the sun, catch it, fix it in the sky, and let the earth be full of light forever. So he wants to catch the sun.
我读了这篇故事我感受到了夸父对目标充满信心，坚持不懈的精神，他是一种力量的代表。正是因为古人有这些梦想，才使后人去努力实现这些梦想，才有了我们现在科技发达的世界。
